Milwaukee School of Engineering - Engineers Without Borders

Welcome to Engineers Without Borders at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. We are a member of Engineers Without Borders USA, a national organization which aims to improve the quality of life of those in underprivileged areas by implementing economical and sustainable engineering projects. It also encourages engineers and engineering students to develop international responsibility.

Our chapter has been bringing this vision to the people of Guatemala since 2006. We partner with professional engineers to design, plan, and construct bridges, water delivery systems, and other projects in this area. Because of our continuing success in bringing vital infrastructure improvements to rural Guatemala, our chapter received premier status from the EWB-USA national organization for the year of 2009.
